Staying true to her brand the debut Swimwear collection makes use of a mix of luxury and sustainability by means of organic cotton and recycled nylon throughout the range.
From masculine shapes in classic colours to paradise bird prints or retro beach prints, discover swimming boxers, briefs, polo shirts, linen shirts and t-shirts.
Boxer shorts are offered in three variantions: short, mid-thigh, and long-length.
Each will be available in soft cotton and jersey or recycled nylon and will come in seven colorways of burgundy, electric blue, hot orange, lavender, yellow, blush pink and bottle green.
The pieces will come in an array of graphic prints and all will have colorful mountaineering cords looped through everything.
To complete the fully-fledged collection for the modern Stella man you can also expect to find linen shirts, rash guards, towels, beach bags and a poncho for the ultimate poolside or seascape experience.
‘I felt that us having menswear meant that we should really offer the same equivalent of what we give to women to men, and that launching a swim range for men felt like a natural progression,’
McCartney reveals.
‘I wanted to explore an area of a man’s wardrobe that is important and is perhaps slightly under-designed at times. And I wanted to bring the personality of the man into swimwear, so the relationship of the man and the woman on the beach has consistency.’
