Calvin Klein steals our heart with their new Eternity Campaign

i carry your heart (i carry it in my heart)

The above poetic words close a beautifully shot monochromatic advert for Calvin Klein’s “Eternity” Men’s Fragrance Campaign.

Calvin Klein (the actual designer) created the Eternity fragrance in 1988 as a tribute to his marriage, with its original values of love, family, and peace clearly still very much at the core of the fragrance in 2017.

The ethos of Kleins inspiration is echoed in the campaign as Jake Gyllenhal and his pictureque laze in the lounge and mother and father whisper these words by the renkowkned EE cummings.

Willy Vanderperre was the monochromatic mastermind behind the print campaign images and Emmy award winning director of Series True Detective, Cary Fukunaga, curated the video campaign.

said Gyllenhaal.

‘The history of Eternity Calvin Klein spans many generations, which is incredible, so when the brand approached me, I was excited to work with them to develop this beautiful concept and story.’
