Throw Back Thursday: Dolce & Gabbana SS14 1

These images from Dolce and Gabbana’s Spring, Summer campaign just a few years back in 2014 almost photograph and epitomize what we are about and have a passionate for, here at Hospitality Hedonist. Good food, great attire and experiences filled with laughter!

More often than not, fashion people choose to postpone their family life for later. Dolce&Gabbana Spring Summer 2014 ad campaign may very well change that for some!

It’s far from being the first time for the Italian brand as they’ve been perfecting their family-advertising game for many seasons, but it is a rather surprising aesthetic direction for a fashion house. The general outlines for fashion advertising seems to imply frowning, tummy aches, lazy-laying around and other poses or attitudes hardly referencing the family life.

However, Dolce & Gabbana is keen on pushing the happy family card. Year after year, their presentations get busier but merrier. This is it looks like a Sicilian Party thing, spiced up with flowers, garlic, fish and bread.

Men have the scene all to themselves, male models Noah Mills, Tony Ward, Adam Senn, Evandro Soldati seem to be in a mirror scene with the women-campaign, as to communicating with one another”
