With Spring in Full bloom I was determined to explore the historic town of Stellenbosch by venturing to contemporary places filled with modern décor, contemporary design and ART ART ART. I wanted to take a fresh set of eyes” approach to a town I had lived in for almost three years.
Life and Leisure made for the perfect base to explore the cobbled streets and the nearby botanical gardens. Our spacious room was fully kitted with semi-self-catering items.
Think a wash-up area, microwave and a few cutlery and crockery items. I wouldn’t see many guests using this given the streets laden with affordable eateries that are open until all hours of the night.
An urban property situated a stone’s throw away for the centre of Stellenbosch this property has a shared modern- lounging area downstairs, a sunbathed breakfast area that is pool side and offers a great continental buffet and freshly brewed coffee.
With us only staying one night we skipped breakfast so as to make best use of our time in the town, often is the case when I “travel” so much to do and yet so little time!
