It has been a very difficult decision but one that has grown over time. It is time for a new chapter. My culinary evolution has been an incredible one, shared with and supported by amazing teams, these past 21 years. My heart is obviously heavy and I am going to miss my special LQF family incredibly. I have decided to take some time out, with no immediate future plans. I’m going to have fun with my son Thomas, contemplating the contents of my next adventures.”
