There are many delicious sweet and savory dishes to choose from, so foodies won’t be let down. From the bar’s signature dish, “Choux Love,” which is a dessert of choux pastry buns filled with mango and passion fruit diplomat, to the deliciously tempting “Cheese Délice,” which is a Burrata Stracciatella, spicy Kimchi, and black sesame toastie, there is something for everyone. .

Other great dishes include “The World Is Your Oyster,” which has rock oysters, pear, cucumber, and Oscietra caviar; “Not Another Faux Pas,” which is vegan-friendly and has faux gras, rhubarb, ginger, and bread; and “Moët Caramel,” which is a dark chocolate shell filled with 66 percent dark chocolate mousse and salted caramel and served on a crunchy biscuit.

For a more unique customer experience, dishes will be served on plates with famous champagne quotes on them. For example, Oscar Wilde said, “Pleasure without champagne is purely artificial,” and British economist John Maynard Keynes said, “My only regret in life is that I didn’t drink enough champagne.”
